Telesto Communications
Telesto Communications was established in 2000 to distribute and support the AVAYA predictive dialer and agent effectiveness applications to Sub-Saharan Africa and the Middle East. Telesto has provided many outgoing call centers with AVAYA-based solutions and services.
These solutions include the integration with a number of sales and collections application solutions. Telesto has supplied its solutions and services in South Africa, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Pakistan. Several of South Africa’s premier call centre operators such as Telkom, Standard Bank, Nedbank, Cell C, Wooltru and Foschini are Telesto customers.
