October, 2007 Following announcements on SENS on 22 April 2007 relating to the acquisition of ConvergeNet SA (Proprietary) Limited, as part of the change in control, 26 April 2007 relating to the acquisition of Structured Connectivity Solutions (Proprietary) Limited, 28 May 2007 relating to the acquisition of Sizwe Africa IT Group (Proprietary) Limited and 02 July 2007 relating to the acquisition of Telesto, shareholders are advised that a circular, prepared in terms of the Listing Requirements of the JSE Limited, was posted to all shareholders on Thursday, 02 August 2007.
