Change to the board of directors

April, 2008 In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors of ConvergeNet hereby announces the resignation of Mr Martin Deon van Rooyen from the board with effect from 7 April 2008. The board would like to thank Deon for his role in establishing the group during 2007 and wish him well for the future.
